Heads #9 is the 9th issue of the ongoing zine published by Jason S Wright and his UDLI Editions project.
Focusing on zines, artists’ books, and clothing UDLI uses DIY techniques, such as risograph, xerox, and screen-printing as a platform to exhibit their own artwork as well as artists from around the world promoting community outreach and collaborative practices amongst a diverse network of creatives.
For this issue, I submitted two mock advertisements that were sponsored by my pseudonym “cig.ext”. The designs are a satirical play on retiring from a corporate business position and a quote from Tom Berenger in the infamous movie “Platoon” that I appropriated for this concept.
